Hacking Group Plans Encryption for Social Media and other Apps......say what? https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/hacking-group-plans-system-to-encrypt-social-media-and-other-apps/ar-AA1eGsls I suppose in a private experience online I do prefer not be be blasted with advertising. Advertisers and the web developers strategically placing ad blocks have basically ruined my experience on the web, particularly on my iPad. It's brutal all of the pop ups, flashing and persistent ad blocks that won't go away until you are fully annoyed and the "x" finally appears almost invisibly that you can click on to remove the add and get to the content. I've left so many websites for that reason. If I can't get to the content, then I'll go elsewhere for the same content. Advertisers don't realize the level of frustration upon a user. I do get websites have to make money, but I think there's a limit to how much advertising can consume a page and take away an experience. I thought this was an interesting pursuit but I can see some serious issues with some social platforms having performance issues or the code causing epic failures? *I had commentary in between some key paragraphs from this news but because of formatting challenges, the quotes wouldn't remain no matter what I did, nor would my comments remain not quoted.
