Generative AI, like OpenAI's ChatGPT, could completely revamp how digital content is developed, said Nina Schick, adviser, speaker, and A.I. thought leader told Yahoo Finance Live (video above). "I think we might reach 90% of online content generated by AI by 2025, so this technology is exponential," she said. "I believe that the majority of digital content is going to start to be produced by AI. You see ChatGPT... but there are a whole plethora of other platforms and applications that are coming up."I just don't know. I'd really like the world to settle down a bit before we change it all, wouldn't you? I mean, as a webmaster with, at least 14 years of experience now, I've seen all of the crazy changes since FB and other mega websites took prominence over the specialty forums. There's a reason that people are attracted to "niche" forums and it's because of their boutique vibe and likely the friendly experience because you are interacting with others in a comfortable setting, as opposed to the speed of a large website where most people are always trying to compete with each other with something shocking. I can't imagine being AI dependent on content? There's a reason why "content" is so special, and it's because it's human designed and driven, often coming from the deepest thoughts depending on the subject. AI only has the thoughts it's programmed to use, not thoughts of it's own. AI is not sentient. If there's a tsunami coming of internet change again, I'm going to be ready for it this time and do my best to persevere. Opinions? Thoughts?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize many industries and improve our daily lives in countless ways. However, with the rapid advancements in AI technology, there are also concerns about the potential negative consequences that AI could bring. In this article, we will explore the worst-case scenario of AI and what it could mean for the future of humanity. One of the most commonly cited concerns regarding AI is the potential for it to become superintelligent. This refers to the idea that an AI could become so intelligent that it could outsmart humans in all tasks, including those that involve complex decision making and problem-solving. This could happen if the AI is able to improve its own intelligence at a rate faster than humans can, leading to an AI “intelligence explosion.”This article is a bit "Terminator", however, it does bring up some points concerning AI's potential evolution. Right now, I'm more concerned about AI's use in a nefarious sense. Not being "conspiratorial", as it's well documented how AI bots are used on the internet already in your major social media websites. If I'm going to chat or debate a conversation, I'd rather chat with a human behind that screen and keyboard rather then an AI bot? How will this change the internet, forums and social media if this takes off like was suggested in the first article of this discussion?

Conservative media recently discovered what AI experts have been warning about for years: systems built on machine learning like ChatGPT and facial recognition software are biased. But in typical fashion for the right-wing, it’s not the well-documented bias against minorities embedded in machine learning systems which has given rise to the field of AI safety that they’re upset about, no—they think AI has actually gone woke. The argument for ethical AI:
ChatGPT is an AI system trained on inputs. Like all AI systems, it will carry the biases of the inputs it’s trained on. Part of the work of ethical AI researchers is to ensure that their systems don’t perpetuate harm against a large number of people; that means blocking some outputs. The conflict in AI design:
“Developing anything, software or not, requires compromise and making choices—political choices—about who a system will work for and whose values it will represent,” Keyes said. “In this case the answer is apparently ‘not the far-right.’ Obviously I don't know if this sort of thing is the ‘raw’ ChatGPT output, or the result of developers getting involved to try to head off a Tay situation, but either way—decisions have to be made, and as the complaints make clear, these decisions have political values wrapped up in them, which is both unavoidable and necessary.”Some points to consider about responsible AI.
