What are your favorite movie(s) of all time?  Those movies that you would watch over and over again, you can recite the lines and you never mind watching it again and again.

Star Wars, Titanic, Hunter Killer, the Equalizer, I could go on, but my favorite movies tend to change every now and then!

All of them and I'll add Star Trek (trekie here), The Hunt for Red October (before Alex Baldwin became political) and love The Rock. I've seen part of Hunter Killer and have wanted to see it for a long time. We didn't have real cable a couple of years ago when we started streaming it and it was a total failure, couldn't finish it. I'm adding Hunter Killer back to my must see list soon! Beetlejuice and Galaxy Quests are classics to us and I'm sure there's more classics like the Blue's Brothers etc. I could name more too....have to go think about it some more and like you, we get on to certain types of movies and series for awhile and then we shake it up with something new.

Yes I forgot about Star Trek and The Rock (Sean Connery was great)! But like i said, there so many I could watch again and again but if I think too much about it I might frazzle my brain!

No need for a frazzled brain...lol

There are two movies I only saw once because I cried, it was Beaches (Bette Midler).

I also only saw Titanic once in the theater because I cried, like at the beginning of the movie.

There are some really good comedies, our family favorite is the original "In Laws" with Peter Falk.

There's too many favorites to recall honestly, so many good movies are out there. Some of the first ones that come to mind would be The Avengers (the first one from 2012), the first Wonder Woman movie with Gal Gadot, Avatar, the first Thor movie, and the first Captain America movie was pretty good too. Love the In-Laws, and all the others ya'll mentioned as well.

I watched Star Trek again last night, great movie and every time I watch it, it just amazes me how well they matched the new cast with the original cast, hats off to the producers/directors there!

Oh yeah, Veger,.....we had the Star Trek motion picture on the other night too.  Excellent movie and I agree, great cast too!

I like the Star Trek IV the Voyage home.  Lots of humor and classic lines that we still recite when the moment fits.

Of course, then you have Ricardo Montalbán as Khan.  He was great.

One of my favorite scenes from ST IV is the hospital scene with Dr. McCoy.

Yes, I loved it when he gave the lady on the stretcher in the corridor some pills and then in a later scene she's up and running around!
