Shania Twain and Robert Palmer

    Back in late 24 I posted an article about Shania Twain.

    I have since been told that video was a copy of a Robert Palmer video where he had some robotic female backing singers.  Must confess I'd never heard of Robert Palmer but when you see his video can see Shania appears to have copied the theme.

    Very similar videos; yes.  I do recall that Robert Palmer song; more so the song than who did the song.  That Robert Palmer video, Simply Irresistible, is so 1980's. 😀 I'm not sure Shania Twain's video aged well either, lol.

    I do recall the Robert Palmer song but certainly not the video.

    Like Shania Twain as a singer though.

    Shania Twain was so big here in the US.  She has fun music.  I like clever country music lyrics too.  Toby Keith (RIP) had a lot of fun songs.
