Naomi Brockwell discusses mobile phone security and evaluates the pros and cons of various protection methods.  I have avoided fingerprint unlock on my phone preferring PINs but this video is making me reconsider.

I don't do fingerprint with my current phone, but I use face recognition. Most of the time it doesn't work though, the lighting and how my hair is styled seems to throw it off.  I did use fingerprint on my last phone though, it too wasn't always perfect.  I use Android.  Naomi Brockwell, is great, looking forward to taking a look at her recommendation for finger print use.

I still am not 100% sure about fingerprints, what happens if you cut your finger, maybe burn your finger?  Technology can be erratic on occasions.

Right, you can have scaring from your cut...  how would AI recognize your fingerprint then?
