The internet has created a lot of characters, many quite weird.

This guy, is he creating a Mr Bean type character or what?  He has over 3 million followers and many videos have million+ views and his videos are railway related.  This in itself congers up impressions of weirdos (I was an avid train spotter in my youth, but it was in the steam era). 

Here are a couple, this guy is obviously quite intelligent and well spoken and my opinion is he is creating this character.

My favorite is when he dresses up for his train experience in 1950's style clothing. 

Which made me think there is a serious side to him too.  I've seen subsequent videos where he meets people whilst out videoing.  And of course the head cam that he wears for that very odd effect doesn't look that strange when viewed by passers by.  I've worn a headcam before but pointing forward to record what I am seeing.
